Manage or remove your own message
Use “Manage my message” with the message ID and recovery code you received after submission. Keep both values private.
Report a public message
Open the public message and use its Report option if you believe it contains personal information, threats, harassment, prohibited content or another safety issue. Reports are reviewed by staff.
Private journal or account access
Use the sign-in and recovery tools for account-based private features. Do not send passwords, authenticator secrets or recovery codes to anyone.
General inquiries
